Each Centrum tablet contains a well balanced and comprehensive range of 13 essential vitamins and 10 minerals, including the combined benefits of folic acid, iron and the key antioxidants (betacarotenes, C & E). Antioxidants act as free radical scavengers. Free radicals can be generated by normal metabolic processes, alcohol intake, smoking and certain preservative containing foods. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary intake is inadequate.

Dosage: Take one Centrum tablet daily with food.
