Senna-Lax - an effective and natural laxative

Senna-Lax (available as Senokot) is an effective laxative made with naturally derived senna.

Active Ingredient: Senna Fruit Alexandrian Powder 154mg standardised to contain Sennosides calculated as Sennoside B 7.5mg.

Purpose/Usage: Senna-Lax (available as Senokot) is an effective laxative made with naturally derived senna, treated especially to yield a constant amount of active ingredient in each dose.

Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years: 2-4 tablets daily. Do not exceed 4 tablets daily except on doctor's advice. Doses of more than 4 tablets are best divided and taken morning and night, or as prescribed by your doctor.
Children 7-12 years: 1-2 tablets daily at bedtime or as prescribed by your doctor.
Children 2-6 years: Given only on doctor’s advice. Drink plenty of water and increase fibre in diet.

Warnings: If a bowel motion does not occur after 3 days of repeated treatment, consult a doctor. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting is present. If you are pregnant or breast feeding seek medical advice before taking this medicine. If symptoms persist, seek doctor's advice. Prolonged use of laxatives is undesirable and may lead to dependence.
