Flixonase aqueous nasal spray for prevention and treatment of seasonal allergies

Once daily Nasal Spray for prevention and treatment of seasonal allergies, including hayfever. Note: no prescription required.

Active Ingredient: fluticasone propionate 50mcg per spray.

Classification: Pharmacy Only Medicine.

Purpose/Usage: Effective once-a-day hayfever treatment Flonase (Flixonase 24-Hour) gives you effective relief for all the major symptoms of hayfever. Taken once-a-day, Flonase (Flixonase 24-Hour) effectively treats sneezing, nasal congestion, and swelling, running and/or itchy nose and irritated eyes.

Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years of age: Two sprays into each nostril once a day. You may not feel the maximum benefit from your medicine straight away, but it is important that you continue to use it daily. It may take a few days until you get maximum relief from your medicine. For the short term (3-6 months) prevention and treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis, including hayfever.

Warnings: Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Do not use Flonase (Flixonase 24 Hour) if you have ever had an allergic reaction to fluticasone propionate. If you're not sure whether you should be using Flonase (Flixonase 24 Hour), talk to your pharmacist or doctor. Before you start using Flonase (Flixonase 24 Hour): You must tell your pharmacist or doctor if:
* You are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding.
* You have an infection in your nose or sinuses.
* You have had nasal surgery.
* You have been treated with steroid injections, taken steroid tablets, used steroid asthma or nasal inhalers and eye/nose drops.
* You are allergic to foods, dyes, preservatives or any other medicine.
