Purpose/Usage: Centrum select 50+ is specially formulated to assist the changing nutritional needs of women and men aged 50+. Taken daily, each tablet contains selected key nutrients to supplement your daily nutritional requirements. Centrum Select 50+ contains 13 essential vitamins and 10 minerals including the key anti-oxidants (betacarotene, C, & E). Anti-oxidants act as free radical scavengers. Free radicals are highly reactive substances which may occur in the body. Free radicals can be generated by normal metabolic processes, alcohol intake, smoking and certain preservative containing foods. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Dosage: Take one Centrum select 50+ tablet daily with food.
