A recent study undertaken for Comvita by the New Zealand Crop and Food Institute found that the Bee Pollen in Zesta Bee Pollen also has a very high level of antioxidant activity. This activity is attributed to the natural bioflavonoids present in Bee Pollen. Bioflavonoids are powerful antioxidants that combat free radical activity associated with a number of conditions.
