No Jetlag - relieves tiredness caused by changing timezones

For relief of tiredness caused by time changes associated with long distance flights.

Active Ingredient: Contains homeopathic preparations: Arnica Montana 30C, Bellis Perenis 30C, Chamomilla 30C, Ipecacuanha 30C, Lycopodium 30C. in equal parts.

Purpose/Usage: Long distance flying can cause broken sleep, disorientation, lethargy and tiredness. These effects are caused by disruption of our natural ‘body clock’ and the resulting symptoms are known as Jetlag. Depending on the distance traveled, it may take several days for the natural body clock to adjust to the new time zone that the traveler has arrived in. No-Jetlag is formulated to help relieve body stress and fatigue due to disruptions of the natural ‘body clock’ on long-distance flights. Using Jetlag should help prevent the traveler from needing the usual required ‘recovery time’ after long distance flights.

Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years: chew one tablet on take-off, one every two hours, and one after landing.
Intervals of up to four hours between tablets are acceptable if sleeping.
Each packet contains 30 tablets sufficient for 40 hours of flying.

Warnings: Seek advice of a health professional before using this product: if you are pregnant, nursing a baby or under 12 years. It is preferable to take this product separately from meals. Store below 30°C. Please read the enclosed leaflet.
