Purpose/Usage: Thompson’s Menopause Support is specific to the menopausal phase of a woman's life. Most of the unpleasant symptoms experienced are due to changes in the progesterone-estrogen hormone ratio. Thompson's Menopause Support can be used for the relief of hot flushes, night sweats, aches and pains, vaginal dryness, bladder problems, dry and aging skin, poor sleep and emotional changes. Vitamin E is particularly noted for reducing hot flushes by supporting the vascular system and aiding in healthy skin. Evening primrose oil provides the essential fatty acid GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) that can reduce hot flushes and help balance sex hormone production. As well as these nutrients, Thompson’s Menopause Support contains several high quality herbs all focused on supporting the reproductive system. Dong quai is a Chinese plant traditionally used to ease menopausal symptoms. Cimicifuga racemosa, or black cohosh is an estrogenic herb that acts specifically on the uterus to reduce cramps and clear congestion. This herb also relieves hot flushes. Wild yam regulates estrogens and acts on the uterus and ovaries.

Dosage: Adults: take one capsule twice daily with food.
