Zantac Relief tablets control excess acid for at least 12 hours bringing you rapid and long lasting relief from indigestion and heartburn.
Active Ingredient: ranitidine 150mg
Classification: Pharmacy Only Medicine.
Purpose/Usage: The stomach makes acid which helps digest your food. Occasionally your stomach can produce too much acid and cause acid indigestion. Zantac Relief works by preventing your stomach from producing too much acid in the first place whereas antacids help reduce acid indigestion only by neutralising the excess stomach acid.
Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years: Swallow one Zantac Relief tablet whole, with a drink of water, as soon as you have symptoms. Repeat the dose if the symptoms return. Do not take more than 2 tablets in 24 hours. If symptoms persist for more than 14 days or recur or worsen please consult your doctor.
Warnings: Do not take Zantac Relief if you are pregnant or breast-feeding unless advised by your doctor. Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not use Zantac Relief if you are taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines unless under supervision of a doctor. Use Zantac Relief with care if you are over 40 years of age. Store below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Please read the enclosed leaflet.
