DISPATCH
Orders are dispatched within 24-96 hours of receiving them.
DELIVERY CHARGE
The delivery charge for an order is $9.50, irrespective of how many products are ordered. If for any reason an order has to be sent in more than one package, only a single delivery charge will apply.
DELIVERY TIME
Purchasers should allow 10 - 20 days between placing an order and receiving it. We advise customers in North America and Europe that orders will take approximately 10 days to reach them. However, this does depend on the part of the country the order is being sent. Some customers have reported receiving orders in 5-6 days, while for others (very few) it has taken 25 days. As orders are sent through the international mail system there is no way for us to check on the status of a particular order once it has been sent.
We understand that any delay is inconvenient, but it is something that Value OTC customers do accept to get their medicine at significantly lower prices.
DELIVERY METHOD
All Value OTC orders are sent through the standard international airmail service. This has proven to be very reliable and helps us keep our charges down.
The final stage of delivery using this system is though each country's internal mail system. Delivery times will, therefore, vary depending on the efficiency of the domestic mail system. Orders to countries with unreliable mail systems (including many in Asia, South America, South Africa, and in the Middle East) will only be dispatched using FedEx courier system. This service incurs an additional charge based on the weight of the order.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Some countries will not allow the importation of over the counter medicines, even for personal use. These include Finland, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Mexico, Romania, Russia and Taiwan. Unfortunately, because of this fact, orders from these countries will be automatically cancelled.
