GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing an order through this site, the purchaser is deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Purchasers of products from this web site understand and acknowledge that Value OTC does not supply these goods directly. Value OTC passes all orders on to licensed pharmacies who then ship the product(s). Products are therefore dispatched and paid for under the "Supplier Terms and Conditions" outlined below.
If a product you are ordering is a prescription product then you must provide a prescription before your order can be processed.
Value OTC suppliers are permitted to sell the products offered on this site under the laws and regulations in their countries. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check the laws and regulations in his/her state or country, and to order products from this site only after confirming that this is permitted.
The purchaser agrees not to resell or supply products purchased through this web site to other individuals or organizations.
The purchaser vouches that he/she is is at least 18 years of age and is legally able to purchase the product(s) ordered in his/her country.
The purchaser accepts total responsibility for using the online service provided by Value OTC and for using the products provided by the suppliers.
The purchaser vouches that he/she will not take any legal action against Value OTC or its suppliers who are providing this service in good faith. This includes any entrapment procedures initiated by private individuals, organizations or government agencies.

While Value OTC tries to keep all information and links current, it does not give any warranty regarding accuracy, completeness or appropriateness for individual users of the products offered on this site.

SUPPLIER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Because of the nature of the products offered on this site, order cancellations cannot and will not be accepted after goods have been dispatched and/or payment has been processed.
Abiding by a county’s importation requirements is the responsibility of the purchaser. The supplier does not accept any liability for orders that are may be confiscated by customs, or for the payment of any import duty on products ordered.
If products are returned to the supplier by customs in an undamaged condition the purchaser may be entitled to a refund.
The supplier is not responsible for an order that is lost as a result of incorrect shipping information being provided by the purchaser. However if goods are returned to a supplier after initially being delivered to an incorrect address, they will be resent and the cost of the redelivery will be charged to the purchaser.
The supplier is not responsible for loss or damage in transit caused by the postal service.
If an incorrect product is sent, or if an order is sent to an incorrect address because of a supplier error, the correct product(s) will be sent at no additional cost to the purchaser. If incorrect products are sent they must be returned to the supplier or the purchaser will be charged for them.
The supplier is not responsible for loss or harm caused by delays in delivery caused by third parties.
Prices are subject to change without notice dependent on international currency fluctuations.
The supplier reserves the right to waive certain conditions with individual customers and in particular situations at its discretion. This will not imply a change to the standard Terms and Conditions listed above.
